Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many patties per hour can a broiler make?

• 6-burner models: 450-500 frozen 4-oz. patties per hour

• 4-burner models: 200-250 frozen 4-oz. patties per hour

2. What are the physical dimensions of a BPS Broiler?

7. Does BPS brand-design broilers?

Yes. BPS can design and manufacture a broiler to fit your needs and specifications. Just let us know what you need.

8. What are the benefits of variable-speed meat chains?

Variable-speed meat chains allow you to consistently broil various food products of differing thicknesses at the same time.
